Getting started with TwoWork

Simple Implementation in 4 Steps

1. Host a Kickoff Meeting

Introduce TwoWork to your team in a brief meeting:

  • Explain that TwoWork will be used for time registration and salary calculations
  • Show how easy it is to use (starting/stopping time)

2. Invite Your Employees

  • Send invitations during the kickoff
  • Remember that invitation links expire after 24 hours
  • Check spam folders if some employees don't get the email invitation immediatly

3. Explain the Key Features

Make sure employees understand:

  • How to register breaks
  • How to register sick leave and vacation - on the Hours page
  • How to find support at twowork.app/support

4. Communicate

Download TwoWork Implementation Template - Fill it out with your company's specific rules and post it in a common area.
