Managing your hours
Forgot to clock in? Need to fix a mistake? No problem! Here's how to manage your worktime in TwoWork.
Viewing Your Hours
On the "Hours" page, you'll see all your time entries organized by date. Click on any date to see all registrations for that day.
Adding Missing Hours
Forgot to register your time? Easy fix:
- Click "Add Hours" on the Hours page
- Select the date when you worked
- Enter your start and end time
- Add your break time
- Choose the time type (usually "Normal")
- Click "Add" and you're done!
Fixing Mistakes
Made an error in your time registration?
- Find the entry on the Hours page
- Click on it to expand the details
- Change whatever needs fixing
- Click "Save" to save your changes
Note: You can't edit entries that have been locked by your manager. When hours for that day are locked, you can only add new ones.
Getting Your Time Report
Need a record of your hours?
- Go to the "Hours" page
- Scroll to "Export"
- Choose the month and year
- Click "Export to PDF"
