What Are Monthly Insights?
Monthly Insights is an optional AI feature that analyzes your team's time registration data and provides you with detailed monthly reports. Think of it as having an HR specialist review your time data and highlight patterns, potential issues, and recommendations for improvement.
How to Use
Step 1: Enable Monthly Insights
- Go to your Company page
- Find the "Monthly Insights" section
- Click "Enable Monthly Insights"
- This gives us consent to process your data for analysis
Step 2: Review Your Reports
- Insights are generated automatically for each month with sufficient data
- You'll see a notification when new insights are available
- Click "View insights" to read your monthly report
AI Limitations
- Monthly Insights are suggestions that need verification before taking action
- The AI analyzes patterns but doesn't understand your specific business context
- Always review flagged issues manually before discussing them with employees

How We Protect Your Data
- Encryption: All data is encrypted during transfer to and from the AI service
- Immediate Deletion: Once the analysis is complete, your data is deleted from the AI service
- No Training: Your data is never used to train AI models
- Secure Storage: Generated insights are stored only in your TwoWork account
Privacy Considerations
Monthly Insights requires sending your data to our AI service provider for analysis. While we select providers with strong security practices and use encryption, we cannot be held responsible for any security incidents or data breaches that may occur on their systems. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge this risk and agree that TwoWork's responsibility is limited to our own systems and processes.
