Update payment information
Easy Subscription Management
Need to update your payment card or change subscription length? It's quick and easy in TwoWork.
How to Update Your Payment Information
1. Go to the Company Page
Find the "Billing" section at the bottom of the page.
2. Click "Manage Billing"
This opens your billing portal where you can manage all payment-related information.
3. Manage Your Payment Cards
In the billing portal you can:
- View your current payment card
- Add a new card by clicking "+ Tilføj betalingsmetode" (Add payment method)
- Remove old cards
4. Update Billing Information
You can also:
- Change your billing address
- Update email address for invoices
- View your billing history
- Download previous invoices
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your TwoWork subscription:
- Go to "Manage Billing" via the Company page
- Find "Cancel subscription" in the billing portal
- Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation
Important to know:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You have full access to TwoWork until the subscription expires
- All your data remains available until the subscription ends
- You can always reactivate your subscription later
Remember!
- Changes to your payment card take effect immediately
- Your next invoice will be charged to your payment card
- You can always download previous invoices from the billing portal
