Inviting new employees
It's worry free to invite more employees. Your TwoWork subscription includes up to 50 employees at the same low price - no extra charges.
Quick Steps to Add Employees
- Go to the "Company" page in the top menu
- Click the "Add employee" button
- Enter the employee's name and email address
- Enter an employee number - this can be added later on the employee details view
- Click "Send invite"
What Happens Next
- The employee receives an invitation email (valid for 24 hours)
- They click the link, create a password, and gain access to TwoWork
- They appear in your employee list immediately
If an Employee Didn't Click the Link in Time
- Go to the Company page
- Find the employee and click "View" next to their name
- Click "Resend Invite" in the lower left corner
If an Employee Doesn't Receive the Invitation
- Check the spam folder / filter in the employees email account
- Check that you typed the correct email address (open the Employee details pop-up to check)
- Resend the invite by following the steps above
