Inviting new employees

It's worry free to invite more employees. Your TwoWork subscription includes up to 50 employees at the same low price - no extra charges.

Quick Steps to Add Employees

  1. Go to the "Company" page in the top menu
  2. Click the "Add employee" button
  3. Enter the employee's name and email address
  4. Enter an employee number - this can be added later on the employee details view
  5. Click "Send invite"

What Happens Next

  • The employee receives an invitation email (valid for 24 hours)
  • They click the link, create a password, and gain access to TwoWork
  • They appear in your employee list immediately

If an Employee Didn't Click the Link in Time

  1. Go to the Company page
  2. Find the employee and click "View" next to their name
  3. Click "Resend Invite" in the lower left corner

If an Employee Doesn't Receive the Invitation

  • Check the spam folder / filter in the employees email account
  • Check that you typed the correct email address (open the Employee details pop-up to check)
  • Resend the invite by following the steps above
