Find and download previous invoices

Where to find your invoices

If you pay for TwoWork with a credit or debit card, all your previous invoices are stored in your billing portal. From there you can view them, download them as PDFs, and forward them to your bookkeeper.

How to access your invoices

1. Go to the Company page

Open TwoWork and navigate to the Company page.

2. Find the Billing section

Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the Billing section.

3. Click "Manage Billing"

This opens your secure billing portal in a new view.

4. Open your invoice history

In the billing portal you'll find a list of all previous invoices, including:

  • Invoice date
  • Amount
  • Status (paid, open, etc.)

5. Download the invoice you need

Click an invoice to view it, or use the download icon to save it as a PDF.

Tips

  • Invoices are listed with the most recent at the top.
  • Each invoice PDF includes your company details, VAT number, and a full breakdown of the charge.
  • If you'd like every new invoice automatically sent to a specific email - for example your bookkeeper or a shared accounting@ mailbox - send us an email at support@twowork.app and we'll set it up for you.

Paying by bank transfer instead?

If your company is invoiced manually (rather than through a card subscription), the billing portal won't be available to you. In that case, just reach out to support@twowork.app and we'll resend any invoice you need.
