As an employer, you cannot edit your employees' time registrations in TwoWork. Only the employee themselves can do that. This is a core principle rooted in EU regulation, which states that employees must have access to and control over their own working time records.
Because you cannot modify an employee's time registration, you are shielded from disputes or legal claims. If an employee ever questions their registered hours, the record is entirely their own - you cannot have tampered with it.
If you spot an error in an employee's time registration, simply ask them to correct it themselves on the Hours page in TwoWork. This keeps the record accurate and maintains the integrity of the data.
When you export time registrations, you can edit the numbers in the Excel file locally - for example to adjust a specific entry for payroll purposes. However, this only changes your local copy. The original data in TwoWork's database remains unchanged unless the employee corrects it themselves.
