Yes. TwoWork costs 299 DKK a month per company. That includes up to 50 users and full access to every feature. The price is excl. VAT, and you can cancel at any time.
TwoWork supports up to 50 users per company. If you need to add more users, you can create additional companies in the system. There's no limit on how many companies you can create, but note that each company requires a separate payment. Got a special use case? Feel free to reach us at mail@twowork.app.
No, but in return the price is very low and there's no commitment. Compared to many other solutions that charge a steep setup fee and an annual subscription, TwoWork is both transparent and cheap. You pay one month at a time, and if TwoWork doesn't live up to your expectations, you can stop paying at any time.
TwoWork is designed to work perfectly on mobile devices through your web browser. You can add TwoWork to your phone's home screen as a web app (PWA), so it behaves just like a regular app. That means your employees don't have to download anything from the app stores.
No. When you arrive at work, you start your time. When you head home, you stop your time. It's that simple.
If an employee forgets to clock in, the entry can easily be added or corrected in the app. If they forget to clock out, the system automatically ends the entry at midnight and sets it to 7 hours from the start time. Forgotten clock-out times are clearly flagged in the system so employees can correct them.
Yes. As an administrator, you can always see which employees have clocked in and when they started. It's all available on your company page in TwoWork.
Our system is designed to be as simple as possible, so you can skip the complicated setup. You quickly create your company, invite your employees, and you're ready to start using TwoWork. No unnecessary steps — just efficiency from day one.
You can download a clear Excel sheet that gives you the full overview. The sheet shows every employee's total hours in one simple view, and you also get an individual tab for each employee listing their specific entries day by day. You choose which date range to export, so it fits your needs. See an example report here.
You can view and export all your data to Excel throughout the paid period. After the paid period ends, your data is kept for a limited time during which you can still export it, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with GDPR.
TwoWork doesn't work offline, but it works fine on a poor connection, because it only handles very small amounts of data.
No, that's not possible. TwoWork doesn't record GPS data on employees, because we prioritize simplicity and privacy. So we have no plans to add this kind of functionality. You can, however, add a name/location to a CheckPoint, which will then appear in the Excel time reports.
We don't support project-based time tracking, but you can add notes to each entry, which appear in the Excel reports you can download.
Stability is everything to us, and we continuously optimize our systems to deliver a smooth experience. We know that downtime causes problems and disrupts your business — so we work hard to keep things running reliably. For full transparency, we have a publicly available status page that independently monitors our uptime around the clock.
